HERE'S HOW WE CREATE THE SWEETHEART NECKLINE BANDEAU LATEX BRA
STEP 1
First, we use a pattern to achieve the exact measurements of the top. For each size the garment is made in, the pattern is scaled up or down to provide the most flattering fit. As the adjustments and cutting process need to be perfect when cutting the latex material.
STEP 2
Once we have specifically outlined the shape, we carefully cut the latex material with a sharp roller blade. This will ensure that we can see around the material and make precise cuts. As a result, we soon have all the cut pieces that will eventually create the final form of the top. From any markings that were used in the process of outlining the latex. We will simply remove them with an alcohol based solution that will eliminate any sign of the drawn outline.
STEP 3
Whilst using an adhesive liquid, we place the adhesive along the areas that will be glued together. Which will create the foundation of the bra. To ensure that the adhesive will bond with the latex, we use a seam roller to attach it together. The combination of the tool and pressure will ensure that the latex material is durable and practical.
STEP 4
This process is repeated until we reach our final outcome of the design we are creating. Once we have reached the designs final form. We will remove any marks or glue with a cleaning solution and set the bonded parts with powder. This will be applied to the tag where we seal everything together.
