Deliveries can also be placed for collection at the Waterloo and Watford Stores.

Free Standard Delivery

2-5 Working Days (these may take up to 7 working days during busy/sale periods.) If you don’t need your items right away, choose our Standard Delivery option, which is free for all UK orders over £49.95 or £4.95 for orders under this amount.

You can typically expect your order to arrive within 2-5 working days from placing your order. This service is fully tracked & signed for for your peace of mind. (Please note, small orders under £40 may be sent on a non-tracked service.)

Tracked 24

£6.95 (Order before 3pm)
If you just can’t wait for your purchases to arrive, but are happy to receive it any time the next day, choose this Tracked 24 service (although we may use a courier service at our discretion if an order is unusually large or valuable).

Orders placed on Tracked 24 Delivery before 3pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched that same day for delivery on the following day; orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
Please note this is not a guaranteed service - Royal Mail advertises 1-2 days for delivery on this service, but in the majority of cases, it will be delivered the next day.

Next Day Delivery Before 1pm

£9.95 (Order before 3pm)
For those of you who want maximum control over when your items arrive, or need delivery on a Saturday, choose our Next Day By 1pm service (provided by Royal Mail).

Orders placed with this service Monday - Friday before 3pm will be dispatched the same day, whilst orders placed Monday-Thursday after 3pm will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed with this service after 3pm on a Friday, and over weekends will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday.

Parcels sent on this service are usually delivered the following day between 8am and 1pm, whilst Saturday delivery may be anytime that day.

DPD Next Working Day Delivery (Excludes Scottish Highlands)

£9.95 (order before 2pm)

Orders must be placed before 2pm for next working day delivery Monday-Thursday. If your order is placed after 2pm on a Thursday your order will arrive on the Monday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will arrive on the Tuesday

FedEx Priority (Mainland UK Only)

£7.95 (order before 2pm)

Orders must be placed before 2pm for FedEx delivery Monday-Thursday. As this is a Working Day service, orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday will arrive on the Monday. Orders placed after 2pm Friday will arrive on the Tuesday.

Please note: This service is only available for orders dispatched from our Watford warehouse, if your order is part or fully dispatched from another location your items will be sent via Royal Mail on their next day delivery service. You will be notified of this. This service also requires a phone number for FedEx to fulfil your shipment, If one is not provided we may ask you for one, or ship your order on an equivalent service with a different courier.

US Delivery

Following recent customs changes, we are pleased to announce that we now cover all US import duties for your orders, ensuring a smoother delivery experience. However, please be aware that local taxes and calculation fees may still apply depending on your state or local jurisdiction.
If you are contacted regarding any duties or are asked to pay any fees related to import duties on your order, please contact us immediately before paying anything.

European Delivery

These shipping costs will convert from GBP to your local currency when you reach the checkout page, based on variable exchange rates.

All European parcels are sent via Royal Mail, who will hand your parcel over to your local postal service once it has cleared customs. This delivery service typically takes 3-10 working days from when we dispatch your parcel. We may ship your order with an alternate courier at our discretion if necessary.

Duties
Orders to the EU under €150 are inclusive of customs and duties.
Orders to the EU over €150 are subject to customs and duties.
Please be aware that this threshold is inclusive of your shipping costs, as well as the value of your goods.

In the event of any issues with the IOSS system, that allows us to cover your import fees, please let us know straight away so that we can resolve the issue. If you pay any incorrectly calculated or processed duties without first contacting us, we will not be able to reimburse you.
Orders to European countries outside of the EU may be subject to any local taxes and duties imposed by your customs authority, regardless of order value. These may be subject to change and unfortunately are outside of our control.

Dispatch and Receipt

Orders will not be dispatched on Bank Holidays, Public Holidays, or Weekends - Orders purchased with our DPD or FedEx Next Working Day services will also not be delivered on Bank Holidays or Weekends.
Please refer to the Royal Mail website for service updates regarding deliveries on Bank Holidays as these can vary throughout the year.

For your security and privacy, all of our deliveries must be signed for upon receipt. This means that we cannot leave instructions for Royal Mail or our courier partners to leave your order in a specified place at your property.
If you are not in to collect your order, Royal Mail will return your parcel to your local depot and leave a “Something for you” card with instructions for redelivery or collection.

Pre-Order Items
Please be aware that some of our latex range may only be available for Pre-Order, depending on our stock levels at the time of your order. If the order contains any Pre-Order items, it can take an extra 20-25 working days to get the order ready before we can ship it to you.
Please note that weekends, bank holidays, and national holidays are not counted as working days.

All estimates on delivery times take effect from when we ship your order, not from when you place it.
