Loyalty Programme's Terms & Conditions
Loyalty Points may only be earned and redeemed in accordance with these terms and conditions. We may make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time and we will give customers as much notice as reasonably possible. Earning or redeeming Loyalty Points will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms and conditions that we deem necessary.
1) We reserve the right to adjust your Loyalty Points account where applicable in respect of our fair usage policy which is made up of accounting errors, multiple accounts, refunds issued, products returned, suspected fraud or misuse that we deem to be outside spirit of the scheme.
2) Loyalty Points have no monetary value attached to them and cannot be redeemed in exchange for cash.
3) All points credited to your account expire 6 months after being issued.
4) If your order is returned we will refund your points balance for the points used against the purchase with their original expiry date and the rest to the original payment method.
5) To collect points you must have created and be logged into your Honour VHP account before you check out.
6) For every £1 you spend at www.honourclothing.com you collect 1 VHPoint.
7) For every product review that is published you will receive 1 Loyalty Point up to a maximum of 30 Loyalty Points per day and subject to our fair usage policy.
8) Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed and acquired on the same order.
9) If you have not already signed up to our email list by doing so you will receive 10 Loyalty Points subject to our fair usage policy.
10) If you have filled out your date of birth within your account area we will award 20 Loyalty Points on your birthday subject to our fair usage policy.
11) To spend your Loyalty Points you need to be logged in to your account at the point of making a purchase.
12) We reserve the right to limit at certain times of the year when Loyalty Points can be spent.
13) Points cannot be spent in conjunction with any other discount that requires a code to be entered into our system to be activated.
14) We reserve the right to change the frequency and/or length of a loyalty-related event and we will give customers as much notice as reasonably possible.
15) If you are not subscribed to our mailing list at the time we send an email or you fail to receive an email from us for whatever reason including, but not limited to: Spam filters, incorrect email address or server issues, we will not be held liable for any subsequent loss of points.
